Only 150 m from the hotel, there is the flagship place of Świeradów that all visitors must see. Dom Zdrojowy. Built in 1899 according to a design by a man named Grosser - a well-known architect. The Dom Zdrojowy consists of two buildings connected by the longest Hala Spacerowa in Lower Silesia, which is 80 meters long.
The adjacent 160 m long walking terraces have been enriched with the so-called "Artificial Grotto", which once housed a mineral water pump room. It is also the place where the Main Sudeten Trail begins. M. Orłowicz.
Devil's Watermill, if local records are to be believed, was built around 1890. The equipment of the mill available in it is original and comes from the time of its construction - which gives us over 130 years of use! The mill is still operating today, grinding flour and baking delicious bread made according to a traditional recipe.
The products produced at the mill are available for purchase. The name of the building "Devil's mill" is taken from the local legend that the miller will tell you during his visit.
