* For stays between July 2023 and April 2024, the Wellness Zone is available in the Buczynski Hotel **** Medical & SPA, 2 Prusa St., approx. 500 m away. We provide a free shuttle service at designated times.

The package was created for people with weakened respiratory capacity and who feel the need to relax, physically and mentally calm down.

The air, soil and water in Świeradów-Zdrój are saturated with noble radon gas - unique in Europe. It has a positive effect on our whole body. It is thanks to him that inhalation is extremely effective. Our Hotel is located right next to the Spa Park, where walks are an excellent form of relaxation, regardless of the season. The picturesque surroundings will make the procedures performed with anointing by our physiotherapists more important!

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival, the davance payment is refundable minus a 25% handling fee. The refund will be made after the recieving from the Guest all details for the return transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days prior to the stay, or if the Guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.
