Traditional Christmas Eve dinner and common caroling will make the festive atmosphere enough to enter the New Year after a short break during the New Year's Eve Ball - phenomenal outfits are obligatory. Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the stay up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit paid is refundable. The reimbursement will be made after the Guest has sent the details of the bank transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, the deposit paid is non-refundable. It is possible to reschedule the reservation to another date within 6 months of the original date of stay. The cost of the stay will be calculated according to the current price rate. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.
